Care
Once opened, store in the fridge. Always clean the jar lip, use a clean spoon and top up with a protective layer of neutral oil (e.g. sunflower oil). Looked after well, this product can last more than a year.
Pairing
This is a versatile chilli paste. Add it to sandwiches, burgers, eggs, curry dishes, fried eggs, noodles, dumplings, and cheese.
