Ingredients: Red bird's eye (55%), sunflower oil, garlic, sea salt. 

How to serve it: This is a versatile chilli paste. Add it on sandwiches, burgers, eggs, curry dishes, fried eggs, noodles, dumplings, and cheese. 

How to care: Store in the fridge. Always clean the jar lip, use a clean spoon and top up with a protective layer of flavourless oil (e.g. sunflower). Looked after well, this product can last more than a year.
